We have started packing, and have Listed our home on the market. so its all systems are GO.
less than 2 weeks and we will be living in a quiet neighborhood and have room to move.
I am not looking forward to moving day but I think we will be very happy when we get there and are all settled In. Here are some of the pics of the house we are leaving behind. I'm sad to leave and I am more than a little upset that I have just had the floors done the way I have always wanted them and I have to sell, but I guess now we embark on another project house. A bigger project than we have ever taken on. A Renovation! We are adding a room and a new garage. Not to mention we will need to replace the carpets, maybe I can have my wooden floors again, I doubt it though, Jas doesn't like them. (he hates the noise & we are always worried about scratches) We also have plans to add water tanks, solar power and hot water, a wood fire heater, then outside there is my vegetable gardens, & Liam's fort, We have heaps of work to do.

The Rochford's are moving!
It has been almost 1 month since I posted anything here, Sorry, We have been so busy looking at houses and trying to get some good weather to do a few minor fix-ups & a bit of painting in our own house before we put it on the market. I just haven't had time to scratch leave alone write on the blog.
Well where to begin, we have secured a contract on our new home, Its 1 Acre of land and has a 3 bedroom brick home on it. Oh don't forget the all important shed! The house is only 7 years old and is colonial style. we are moving out of Brisbane to a small i guess you would say Town/suburb?
We have a little primary school with a very good name, in the next small town/suburb for Liam to attend when its time, and If when he gets older he requires a Private school there is a rather large college 2 suburbs over.
We plan on renovating the new house when we sell our home, adding a main bedroom at the back of the house with a Walk in robe and Ensuite, and A new 2 car garage to the front of the house, converting the existing garage into a Rumpus room.
So If all goes well with finance and building and pest we should have a new home by the end of February
The front Yard.
The Back yard.
