Jason's Birthday present.

I suprised Jason for his birthday and got him a voucher for 8 laps in a V8 Super car. When I was booking it I mentioned it to his Parents, and Shane said he wanted to do the drive too. I organised the ride for early January, Here are the photos I took of the Guys. Jas is in Car no 9 a white Holden with fluro orange writting and Shane was in a red Holden I think it was no 11.
They had a ball as you can see from the photos. Liam waved most of the time they were on the track, although He didn't mind who he waved to. I'm sure he would have liked to be in the car too.

The Floods!

To all our friends and family out there, we are ok. Our home is not on high ground but we are along way from the river. The last few days have been awful, I was worried that Jason was not going to be able to get home from work on Tuesday, & Wednesday. But he made it safe and sound. Brisbane is not the worst off, Shane and Brenda are in the Toowoomba, Lockyer Valley area and although they are safe and on high ground much of the surrounding area is flooded with damaged roads and Mud slides. Many people have lost their lives and homes. Shane and Brenda are waiting to see if they loose the 2 dam's on their property (Fingers crossed that they don't) My mum Diane is ok in Maryborough she is on High ground but the town is short on food, but if you know my mum you will take comfort in the fact that she always has a freezer, cupboard and Fridge full of food.
Note: I didn't take the photo, I havent dared go and take photos while I have Liam with me, He just loves water & I don't think his gumboots will help.

Beat Mates

Liam and Lulu are great friends, these photos were taken early in the new year.
Lulu is so patient with Liam, he hugs, tugs and pats her in the roughest way & she does nothing. But the friendship is returned with liam throwing the tennis ball for her. He will throw it as many times as she will bring it back to him. Its so nice to see a boy and his dog.
