Bribie Island 4 wheel drive and Fishing day trip.
Jason and I took Liam to Bribie Island on sat 19th of November for a family day out. We did a bit of 4 wheel driving on the sand and a spot of fishing. Liam had a ball, he loved fishing with his Liam size rod. Although Jason was not so impressed when Liam was waving the rod around and hooked Jas in the head. It was a really nice day, not too hot and a nice breeze blowing. The only down side was that Jas remembered the beach as being quite secluded, but now there is a camping ground there and people are towing big caravans in on the sand, causing huge ruts in the track. (Typical someone has to go too far and ruin it for everyone else)There were a few families there swimming and making allot of noise so needless to say we didn't catch a fish. Liam was a bit disappointed he wanted to catch a shark. Like they do on "ifish". Next time buddy, next time!

Wyatt's Baptism
Sunday was a beautiful day, sunny and warm (hot at times) it was a perfect day to have a party. We attended the Baptism of Wyatt Michael in the Tiaro secret Heart catholic church. After the service I took some family photo's for Jess, Adam and family and then we went to the Hideaway for drinks and a celebration. It was just lovely to be able to share with Jessica and Adam the baptism of wyatt and also time. Jessica and her family mean so much to me, I treat them as I would my own family. Distance and family commitments have in the past kept us apart, but I always knew she was there if I needed her. I love you all so much, thank you for a great weekend.
Jason Thank you for taking us away for the weekend so I could see jess and family I know It is draining to drive all weekend and not get to rest.

Liam Rides at Mikaela and Gabriela's Pony Club!
Our weekend started on Friday when we drove to Hervey Bay and stayed at my friends family unit. we picked up the key on the way through and dropped the dogs off at mums also. We were up there for a Baptism and to see my Best friend and her family for the weekend. On Saturday we did a spot of shopping and had a visit from mum who was going square dancing at the bay. Unfortunately Liam had gone to sleep when mum arrived so she only got to talk to us. In the afternoon we were invited to go to Pony Club to see Jessica and Adam's girls ride, after finally finding the entrance to pony club, we took a seat near Judy and Mick (Jessica's parents, who lent us the unit) and watched Gabby ride Spangles, and Mikaela ride Elvis. Mikaela's horse had been Injured that day in a barbed wire fence, so Elvis was pulled from the next door paddock and put into action. Both girls were fantastic, Mikaela and Elvis did really well together especially considering Elvis hadn't been ridden in over 12 months.
Liam was lucky enough to be given a ride on Gabby's pony Spangles when she was finished her events. He loved it and we would like to thank Gabriela,& Adam, for letting him have a ride and taking him for the ride. We had a great time with you all on saturday in the day and at dinner in the evening.

Jasmine-Rose's 2nd Birthday.
Nange and Jasmine-Rose Invited us to Jasmine's 2nd birthday party at Go Wild on saturday the 29th of october. My car was in getting new shoes (tyres) so Jason droped liam and I at the train station and we took a train to Strathpine. Liam was very upset that the train ride was only short. He was just so happy looking around the train and ridding in a TRAIN! when we got off he was desperate to get back on and go again. we walked the short distance down the road to Go Wild and watched the trains go past the back car park until 9am when everyone arrived and we could go in. (we were early because the car had to go to the work shop at 8am) The kids all had a Ball on the slides and play equipment by the time we got around to cutting the cake the kids were exhausted! The cake was a Ice-cream Freddo Cake it was Yummy! Liam ate a whole slice. It was a great day for the kids and the mum's.
