Welcome Cody!

Well Its been a few weeks since I last wrote a post I'm sorry, Liam hasn't been sleeping well, he is suffering from a blocked/snuffly nose and he is still having trouble with erupting 2 year old molars, He seems to be biting his cheeks as he eats where the new teeth are as well. Poor little man. Our biggest news is that we have a new member to the Rochford Family and his name is Cody he is a 6 week old black Labrador puppy. I was a bit hesitant in getting another dog as I still feel the loss of Scruffy but We agreed that Lulu is terribly lonely and a companion would be nice for her. So off to Coominya we went to the breeder. The daddy dog "Bruno" was a beautiful Chocolate Lab, and the Mummy was a yellow Lab, both were lovely natured dogs and the puppies were all black, we chose Cody because I said he had spunk.... while we were there we herd a puppy crying in pain, it was because Cody ( or the fluro orange collared pup) was hanging off its ear! He chased Liam up and down the puppy pen and was attacking Jason's ankles. He was also the biggest puppy, when we went to pick him up on sunday the 18th we were told that they could have sold him 3 times that week to other family's.
The photos were taken of Cody on sunday.

Go Wild with Taylah.

Go Wild with Taylah.

Brookside Family Fun Day

On Ekka wednesday we met with Cheryl and Kayla, Justine, Taylah, & Amy at Brookside for their annual family fun day, all the rides were free, there was a baby animal farm and pony rides. Liam loved the baby animal farm he chased and tried to catch the Chickens and he almost strangled the guinea pigs, He fed the goats, Lambs and the Piglet. He was in his element, he even had a picture taken by the news paper photographer. Unfortunately it didn't go in the local paper the article was scrapped for some reason but the photo is available to purchase or view at http://www.newsphotos.com.au/ImageDetail.asp?RefNum=83715310
This will take you directly to the photo of Liam.
We had coffee and cake with Mel and her parents and Abigail, and We had Lunch with Charlotte who happened to be in Australia for a holiday. It was a great day even though we waited for 3/4 of an hour for the pony rides to find Liam didn't want to get on the pony at all. Maybe next time.

Mummy has Coffee and I get to Play!

Liam and I met Aunty Mel and Abigail at Chermside for a coffee and a play date. Chermside has a new small playground in the food court. Liam just loves playing with Abbey. I am so happy that some shops now provide a play area for kids, It makes shopping so much more enjoyable for us mum's.
